How does the system work?

Each rack is equipped with perforated trays (2 m x 1 m) that can hold up to 130 standard seedling trays in a single cycle. For mung bean microgreens, the cycle lasts about 6 days, allowing for up to 6 harvests per month from each shelf.

Our system is based on closed-loop technology, allowing for a drastic reduction in water consumption while maintaining full control over water quality. Thanks to integrated UV sterilization and precise pH and EC measurements, every plant receives optimal growth conditions without the risk of pathogens or resource waste.
